Returning players from the 2023 Season must click "Returning Player" 
Returning members will also need to retrieve their access code to register. Access codes can be retrieved from your confirmation email from 2023 OR can be retrieved by following the steps on the form. 
If you are having trouble retrieving your access code please email dislregistrar@outlook.com with the Player First Name, Player Last Name and D.O.B .
